SUB13 Skeleton Upgrade
SUB13 Skeleton Upgrade is available exclusively to existing SUB13 owners prior to public release.
The retail price of the Skeleton is $10,995 USD plus shipping.
SUB13 will buy back the customer's existing SUB13 housing in exchange for access to the Skeleton at a reduced purchase price of $7,995 USD, including insured shipping.
A $2,995 deposit is required to secure one of thirteen units. Limited to one unit per customer.
Once the Skeleton is complete, the remaining balance of $5,000 will be due.
Following final payment, SUB13 will provide a prepaid shipping label and complete all required customs declarations. The customer's existing SUB13 housing must be packed in its original Pelican case and shipped to SUB13 using the provided label.
Once the existing housing and Pelican case have been received, SUB13 will place the new Skeleton housing in the customer's original Pelican case and ship it back fully insured.
Skeleton handle colour and finish are still to be confirmed.
Expected shipping of the Skeleton is by the end of October 2026.

QUALITY AND TESTING
SUB13 underwater housings undergo quality control and testing before shipping to their rightful owner. This process is fully documented. Owners must read and understand the instruction manual before using their housing.
SUB13 accepts no responsibility for personal injury, third-party injury, loss or damage to camera equipment, loss of income, or any associated costs resulting from the use of our housings.
DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE
SUB13 housings are designed and tested for recreational scuba diving to a maximum depth of 40 metres (130 feet) and under no circumstances should be used beyond this depth.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Owners are responsible for maintaining their SUB13 housing. While we provide guidance, not every maintenance scenario can be anticipated or included. Maintenance recommendations may evolve, and owners are encouraged to contact us for assistance as needed.
WARRANTY
SUB13 offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The warranty does not cover:
Misuse, including misassembly.
Lack of care or maintenance.
Use beyond rated depth.
Damage from dropping, excessive force, or contributing factors.
PAYMENT TERMS
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 calendar days of notification that the housing is ready to ship.
Custom Engraving: Full payment is required upon initial allocation if custom name engraving is requested.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. Cryptocurrency is not accepted.
FINAL PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Colours, finishes, sizes, and designs of the housings may vary from photos or renders used to describe a Production Run.
DELIVERY AND UNFORESEEN DELAYS
Delivery dates are estimates. SUB13 cannot guarantee completion dates and is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Import Duties and Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
Maintenance Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs related to maintenance.
